Fixed mechanical level gauge FIX.PGA for hydraulic circuits as well as for oil and fuel tanks, in plastic, steel, aluminum and brass, with different types of sealing gasket in relation to the fluid in the tank.
The level gauge FIX.PGA has been specifically designed to ensure reading accuracy also in the presence of vibrations, limiting the movements of the pointer to a minimum, thanks to the aluminum pipe it is equipped with.
It’s available hermetic or ventilated and in different lengths (minimum 147 mm, maximum recommended 540 mm: for longer lengths we suggest you to directly contact the Technical Office).
The construction characteristics of our liquid level indicators guarantee the non-deformability of the body in which float moves.
The graphics of the dial for hydraulic oil tanks, in two colors on a white or black background, allows to quickly check whether the quantity of oil in the tank is optimal to ensure the regular operation of the circuit (the pointer must always remain within the green area).
The temperature range of hydraulic oil is -20°C / +95°C
We can supply versions with customized dials, even with your company logo or writings (“Oil”, “Diesel”, “Fuel”, “Gas” or others on request). Regarding the use on oil or fuel tanks, in particular, we recommend the new 4-color dial (green for full tank, red for reserve and black for intermediate levels, on white background), that allows an immediate visualization of the fluid level in the tank.
All metal components, with the exception of aluminum pipe, can be supplied in stainless steel for applications destined for corrosive environments.
Since this level gauge doesn’t require a power source for functioning, it is also ideal for tanks used in remote areas, as well as on machinery and/or equipment without an electrical connection or temporarily not powered due to malfunctions or potentially danger situations.
We make different resistance and durability tests on our mechanical gauges (i.e. termal shock, pressure test, loss of retention, vent control, aggressive fluids or salt spray fogs compatibility, and so on). Moreover the careful selection of raw materials for each component and the adopting of innovative and rigorous production processes, allow us to always guarantee quality and reliability over time of our product.
We perform several tests for product quality control during the various processing phases and on request we can issue the relevant certificates in compliance with national and international regulations
